TAZ PHOTOS

Studio

My normal setup is a basic home popup studio with a few different lighting options and various backdrops that I put in place an hour before a shoot. Usually on a first shoot with any model I try to keep everything pretty basic , with a plain white paper backdrop and a few light , with the option to change the backdrop to different colours like red, black, pink , blue , gray , brown and orange. As i shoot the images come up on my TV which is right next to where i shoot within about 2 seconds of the shot , so we get to see how the images look pretty much in real time, this helps with looks and poses espeially for anyone new to doing shoots.I like to have some upbeat music playing to keep a chill and fun athmosphere while shooting as i try to aim to have everyone relaxed and enjoying the day.

Outdoor

If you are confortable and happy with the studio shots , there is a great foor area and car park just outside the door for more dynamic shots with more interest and detail , just ask to do a few shots there and we can move at any stage.

Safety

Feel free to bring someone along on a shoot , especially if its your first time meeting me. I do prefer if its not a boyfiend as this does interfere with the shoot and has been proven time and time again, Fiances and husbands dont react the same for some reason and are always a great help, but the interaction between a model and a photographer can me misinterperated by a boyfriend and can cause a disconnect between model and lens and therefore the loss of potentially amazing photos. A photographer should never touch a model, even to move hair for a shot, without first asking a model and confirming its okay. I try my best to work to a models comfort levels and never put any expectations on anyone during a shoot. I encourage models to voice their opinions if something feels uncomfortable and we can drop that concept and move to something else.
